 cussion. We will finalize the proposed roadmap we discussed on December 8 
 and create and implementation plan**\n*This event will run for 2.5 hours. 
 There will be snacks and light refreshments.*\n\nSince the chapter's incep
 tion nearly five years ago\, XR Boston has seen powerful successes: our di
 rect actions have raised awareness\, disrupted the powerful\, and spotligh
 ted the climate and ecological emergency. Crucially\, however\, our chapte
 r is not yet the mass movement that it set out to become. To achieve the s
 ystem change we need\, we must grow from a small organization to a mass mo
 vement that can mobilize tens of thousands into the streets and disrupt 
 “business as usual.”\n\nAfter reviewing insights and points of consens
 us which emerged during the previous strategy session held on December 8\,
  the organizing team will present a revised framework for building toward 
 mass mobilization—a draft which we’ll collectively review\, refine as 
 necessary\, and\, we hope\, adopt as XR Boston's roadmap for the months to
  come. In addition\, we'll create a draft implementation plan that identif
 ies the concrete steps the chapter will take to achieve the goals set out 
 in the roadmap.  In early February\, we will meet again to review the draf
 t action plan\, refine it as necessary\, and\, we hope\, reach consensus o
 n its implementation.\n\n* **Part 2: Finalize the Proposal and Create an I
 mplementation Plan (Saturday January 11th at 2 pm)**\n* **Part 3: Finalize
  Implementation Plan (early February\, to be announced)**\n\nTogether\, we
 ’ll continue to push toward XR’s guiding principle of mobilizing 3.5% 
 of the population to achieve system change. Bring your ideas\, your energy
 \, and your commitment as we take the next step toward a resilient\, mobil
 ized future.\n\nTo help ensure this session’s effectiveness\, we ask tha
 t participants have attended at least one XR Boston protest or community e
 vent in the past.\n\nNOTE: The Connolly Branch of the Boston Public Librar
 y is conveniently located one block from the 39 Bus route from Copley Squa
 re and a 5-7 minute walk from the Stony Brook T stop on the Orange Line.  
 On-street parking is also available. \n\n**Snow date will be Saturday 1/25
  at 2 pm**
