 From [Awakening for Earth](awakeningforearth.com): We are holding Sitting 
 for Survival meditations in public spaces around Cambridge to bear witness
  to the climate emergency and in doing so\, strive to awaken others to see
  and take action.\n\nWe will be alternating locations every few months. In
  April and May:\n\n**Where**: Central Square Post office\, 770 Massachuset
 ts Ave\, Cambridge\, MA\n\n**When**: Every other Sunday from 4PM-5PM\n\n4-
 4:30 for Sitting Meditation \n\n4:30-5 Community building\n\nWe will sit d
 istanced with signs that we will provide or you can bring your own. Please
  come masked!\n\n-----\n\nWho We Are:\n\nWe are spiritual practitioners de
 dicated to facing the climate crisis with compassion and determination to 
 engage in nonviolent direct action. We see climate justice within the fram
 ework of social justice and commit to advocating for policies that empower
  communities most impacted by climate change.\n\nWhat We Do:\n\nWe invoke 
 our mindfulness practice to hold the pain of this ecological and spiritual
  crisis. We bring silent sitting and walking meditation to public spaces t
 o raise awareness to the devastating effects of our planetary emergency an
 d the urgent need to take personal and collective action.\n\nRecognizing t
 he need for regeneration in this consuming effort\, we invite pauses to be
  in community\, to care for one another and nourish ourselves\, bringing t
 he energy of love and understanding to sustain this demanding effort.\n\nS
