 upport:** Provides direct personal support for arrestable people. They hav
 e all relevant personal information\, will take the call from the police s
 tation\, provide support when released at the police station by bringing w
 ater\, snacks\, and making sure everyone gets home safely. They also can b
 e contact to your loved ones\, and make sure to feed your plants or water 
 your goldfish.\n\nOther trainings in the training series include:\n\n* Act
 ion planning 101: Learn how to plan an action for Extinction Rebellion wit
 h principles\, logistics\, and how to create a narrative. \n\n* [Non-viole

 sted in potentially doing civil disobedience as well as people who want to
  play support roles for our actions.\n\n* [Peacekeeping & Deescalation:](h

 guide people where to go and keep protest safe by blocking traffic block o
 f streets for us along the parade route.\n\n* Police Liaison: Conveys info
 rmation and demands between the police and the group before/during actions
 . Helps to keep the police calm and reminds them of our non-violence.\n\n*
  Media Support: Helps facilitate the interactions between the group and th
 e media. Prepares press releases\, coordinates photography\, live-streamin
 g\, and footage to edit.\n\n* [Self-organizing Systems Facilitation:](http
