 oston's annual Buy Nothing Day Party\, with a Free Stuff Swap\, Ecstatic D
 ance\, and more!\n\nBring items you don't need\, but think others might ap
 preciate...Toys! Jewelry! Art! Puzzles! Books! We'll have folding tables t
 o display them on. Then\, browse and socialize and learn more about our mo
 vement for a livable planet.\n\nThere'll also be free snacks + drinks\, an
 d interactive activity stations\, with art and dancing!\n\nThe free stuff 
 swap will run from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. After that\, we'll quickly clean up the
  tables and have an hour of facilitated ecstatic dance from 8:30 - 10:00 p
 m before closing up for the night.\n\nWhat is ecstatic dance? Ecstatic dan
 ce is moving freely in community\, with no substances\, talking\, or phone
 s to distract from the being present in the moment and in your body. If yo
 u've never done it before\, don't worry\, there's no way to do it wrong! T
 here will also be a facilitated warm up at the start.\n\nPlease take your 
 unclaimed items as you leave! We recommend that you bring only items that 
 will fit in a 45"x45" space. We also ask that you do not leave any items o
 n the Linwood St free shelves outside the church.
