 dge/\n\nXR is organizing a Climate Emergency Action next to Cape Cod’s B
 ourne Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal. It will be on the Friday afternoon o
 f Labor Day weekend\, Sept 4. As the traditional slow parade of cars - bac
 ked up for miles  - makes its way across the bridge for the holiday weeken
 d\, we'll be there with puppets\, banners\, and handouts reminding passeng
 ers of how environmentally fragile the Cape that they love is. We hope to 
 have an appearance from our esteemed Red Rebel Brigade!\n\nWe will *not* b
 e blocking or disrupting traffic (it's already backed up forever!) and the
  goal of this action is about raising awareness and connecting with people
 . If we aren't able to stay in our preferred location we have alternate lo
 cations (including the option of taking this to a beach!). \n\nThe time wi
 ll run from 10am through mid afternoon. You can come when it is possible f
 or you. Please bring a lunch and water as nearby options are limited. \n\n
