\n*What kinds of climate activism are effective an d morally acceptable?*
\n*How do we become hopeful\, empowered\, and effective?*
\n*How do we balance our own interests\, the interests of the global poor\, the interests of animals\, and the interests of futur e generations?*
\n\nIn these times of climate crisis\, few ques tions could be more important. Yet\, these issues and others like them rem ain under-explored\, or too often made overly academic. Prior to the event\, please make an e ffort to do the reading at least once\, but don't be discouraged from comi ng if you can't get around to it - there will be a recap included at the s tart of each session.\n\nWe will be meeting every other Wednesday: Jan 10\ , Jan 24\, Feb 7\, Feb 21. \nEach meeting will cover a different topic. Al though we would love to see you for the entire series\, you do NOT have to attend all sessions!
