 a chapter-wide rest from organizing and actions from Monday 10/7 to Sunday
  10/13. We take this from our regenerative action cycle: 1. Planning 2. Ac
 tion. 3. Rest and reflection.\n\nWe ask that working groups and affinity g
 roups join us in resting and to leave the calendar empty save for social a
 ctivities. Before Week of Rest\, join us for HONK! actions during the week
 end of 10/5.\n\nDuring this restful week consider\n\n- Taking a break from
  Signal and Keybase if you feel that you need the quiet\n- Incorporate ele
 ments of wellness into your day: sitting meditation\, yoga nidra\, journal
 ing.\n- Make plans with other rebels to do lowkey\, social activities such
  as beers and climate change\n- Get out into nature
