 e this from our regenerative action cycle: 1. Planning 2. Action. 3. Rest 
 and reflection.\n\nWe ask that working groups and affinity groups join us 
 in resting and to leave the calendar empty save for social activities. Aft
 er the Week of Rest\, join us for the massive Wake Up the Earth Festival i
 n Jamaica Plain on Saturday 5/4.\n\nDuring this restful week consider\n\n-
  Taking a break from Signal and Keybase if you feel that you need the quie
 t\n- Incorporate elements of wellness into your day: sitting meditation\, 
 yoga nidra\, journaling.\n- Make plans with other rebels to do lowkey\, so
 cial activities such as beers and climate change\n- Get out into nature
