  connected by shared demands and principles that guide our work together. 
 The four demands strategically focus our actions and our ten principles pr
 ovide a common framework for how we carry out those actions.\n\nOur Orient
 ation will introduce you to these fundamentals\, explain how we organize\,
  and discuss how you can become part of the movement.\n\nIf you are new to
  Extinction Rebellion or would just like to learn more about how it works\
 , please join us!\n\nWe will cover the following:\n\nWhat is XR? What is c
 ivil disobedience & direct action? What do we want? What are our principle
 s and values? How are we organized? How you can get involved! The session
