iolent direct action training! This training is for people who are interes
ted in potentially doing civil disobedience as well as people who want to
play support roles for our actions. You will learn how to engage in non-vi
olent civil disobedience. \n\nWe will cover some theory behind direct acti
ons\, discuss the logistics of arrest and potential legal implications\, a
nd talk about the many different roles (beyond risking arrest) that are cr
ucial to successful actions. You will get to talk to a few people who have
gone through the arrest process and ask questions you might have. \n\nWe
recommend that you attend an XR Welcome Call before you attend our NVDA tr
aining\, or soon thereafter. We recommend this training because understand
ing more about XR's theory of change and organizing principles will help y
ou figure out how you'd like to be involved.\n\nThis training will last 90
