 11/\n\nEmbodied Antiracism is a practice that addresses the trauma of raci
 sm. We engage in this practice because the climate crisis is a trauma infl
 icted on all beings by White supremacy. White people make up 20% of the wo
 rld population\, yet the White governments of the US\, Canada\, Australia\
 , and Europe are responsible for 61% of global carbon emissions. \n\nWhite
 -body supremacy culture inflicts trauma and stress in our daily lives. Tra
 uma and stress is a lived and felt experience. It is stored and easily acc
 umulates in our bodies. It is passed on genetically\, biochemically\, and 
 culturally between people and generations. While a cognitive understanding
  of antiracism is necessary\, that alone will not be effective in overcomi
 ng White-body supremacy. In order to act in an antiracist way and to be tr
 uly supportive of Black\, Indigenous and People of Color\, we must have pr
 actices to heal from trauma and to unlearn embedded\, often unconscious\, 
 racist culturally conditioned behaviors. \n\nEvery week\, in a shame and b
 lame-free setting\, we examine in this group how trauma and racialized beh
 aviors show up for each of us personally. Participants learn tools and bui
 ld capacity to emotionally support BIPOC people under attack by White supr
 emacy and environmental racism. Anyone in XR is welcome to join\, but the 
 content and facilitation are tailored for White people engaging in cultura
 l self-examination and emotional labor. We practice here to center the nee
