 This is a special session of the Regenerative Cultures WG's climate emotio
 ns work. We are making space to process  the outcome of the 2024 elections
 . For many of us\, seeing the election results this morning made the prosp
 ect of a livable future feel almost out of grasp. Extinction Rebellion is 
 not aligned with any political party vis-à-vis our third demand\, Beyond 
 Politics. We do not engage in electoral\, legislative\, or partisan politi
 cs. Our movement knew that any outcome of the election would be insufficie
 nt to prevent climate breakdown and the sixth mass extinction. We can hold
  that and the great grief over yesterday's outcome in our hearts at the sa
 me time. Our path forward is clear\, turning in towards community and acti
 on and turning away from despair and isolation**\n\nYou are welcome in thi
 s monthly circle\, where we contact and work with our climate grief. We ar
 e all experiencing so many losses because of the climate crisis\, includin
 g extinction\, displacement\, loss of livelihood\, and irrevocable changes
  to beloved places. Our resulting grief can show up in many different ways
 \, such as numbness\, bitterness\, and despair. However your grief shows u
 p\, you are welcome in this space. We believe that working with grief requ
 ires support\, and that is what we aim to provide. What’s more\, we trus
 t that when we engage with our grief in a supported way\, we find that we 
 no longer need to be afraid of it\, and that frees us up to show up in ser
 vice and love for the communities that we hold dear. \n\nWith gentle facil
 itation and simple prompts\, we will move through reflection and sharing t
 hat will get us out of our heads and into our hearts\, where our grief and
  our love for this world reside. This 75-minute circle is open to all\, wh
