 ls to work with difficult emotions like loss\, numbness\, and despair.\n\n

 en iterating within you since the 60’s\, this space welcomes all who wis
 h to move from overwhelm to engagement. \n\nCome prepared with pen\, paper
 \, and an open heart. Together\, we'll discover how connecting with our gr
 ief and love for the world can fuel meaningful change.\n\nThese workshops
