 **SOS Decision Making and Facilitation:** In this 90-minute session we wil
 l explore how XR's self-organizing systems make decision using the tenets 
 of Sociocracy(i.e. one song\, many voices)\, how to facilitate meetings\, 
 and make proposals based on consent.\n\nOther sessions will include:  \n\n
 * Arrest support: Provides direct personal support for arrestable people. 
 They have all relevant personal information\, will take the call from the 
 police station\, provide support at the police station and makes sure ever
 yone gets home safely. \n\n* Peacekeeping & deescalation: Help guide peopl
 e where to go and keep protest safe by blocking traffic block of streets f
 or us along the parade route.\n\n* Media Support: Helps facilitate the int
 eractions between the group and the media. Prepares press releases\, coord
 inates photography\, live-streaming\, and footage to edit.\n\n* Police Lia
 ison: Conveys information and demands between the police and the group bef
 ore/during actions. Helps to keep the police calm and reminds them of our
