  working to raise visibility and awareness - and few roles are as importan
 t on the day than the Spokesperson! \n\nSpokespeople greet journalists ons
 ite during protests\, give quotes to the press about XR's demands\, and ma
 ke sure that photographers are capturing the events of the day for the med
 ia. This is a great role for folks with the gift of gab who can keep a coo
 l head during intense situations.\n\nWe want to train YOU to be a spokespe
 rson! During this interactive 90-minute online workshop\, we'll review tal
 king points for Extinction Rebellion actions and practice doing interviews
  with the press. By the end\, you'll be prepared to be a Spokesperson for
