 e Stand-Out is a long-term vigil in front of the MA State House to pressur
 e Governor Healey\, Senate President Spilka\, and House Speaker Mariano to
  commit to No New Fossil Fuel Infrastructure. The Stand-Out started on Jun
 e 5\, 2023 and has been going strong ever since\, with two or more people 
 standing out in shifts every business day\, applying nonviolent\, constant
 \, highly visible resistance to our leaders' climate inaction. \n\nOur per
 sistence over time\, amplified by a robust media strategy\, has made us im
 possible to ignore and has already achieved significant policy changes and
  statements. However\, there is still a long way to go until No New Fossil
  Fuel Infrastructure in MA. This daily\, peaceful action\, in concert with
  the many other efforts by Extinction Rebellion and other climate groups\,
  will force our leaders to come to the table regarding No New Fossil Fuel 
 Infrastructure.\n\nA non-stop Stand-Out is an ambitious goal that requires
  many people to show up and sacrifice their time. For that reason\, it is 
 a powerful tool to show the state government that we will not stop demandi
 ng real climate action. \n\nPlease join an Info Session for an online "in-
 person" run through of what's involved for participants and the experience
  from the past seven months of standing out. Special focus will be given t
