 -309/\n\nEvery Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 2pm volunteers stand 
 out at the Statehouse for 2-hour "shifts" either outside or inside dependi
 ng on weather\, and interact with visitors\, legislators and Statehouse st
 aff about the Climate Crisis. We share our demands: No New Fossil Fuel Inf
 rastructure\, Truth Telling from our Government\, and a Just Transition to
  a Green Economy.\nThe Standpout started in June 2023 and we are coming up
  on the third year of one of the longest consistent standouts for the clim
 ate in Massachusetts history.\nThis is a great way to participate in the c
 limate movement with no risk of arrest! Our persistent presence is our sup
 erpower. To get involved feel free to show up at any of the times listed a
 bove and connect with volunteers already on site. To find us check first t
 he General Hooker entrance from Beacon Street and\, if we are not there ch
 eck the Ashburton entrance on Bowdoin Street. Signs\, tabards and handouts
