 d-bomb-making-/\n\nJoin Extinction Rebellion Boston at the HONK! Festival 
 where we will be making native plant seed bombs. \n\nSeed bombs are a wond
 erful way to support and spread native plants and learn about their role i
 n supporting a healthy ecosystem. Seed bombs are tiny balls\, about the si
 ze of almond m&m’s\, made of soil/compost\, clay\, and seeds. The clay a
 nd dirt protect seeds from erosion and hungry animals until the weather is
  just right. When the spring rains come\, the seeds will use their soil ho
 mes to grow roots and sprout. When they break open the balls\, the roots g
 row towards the soil floor\, their new home.\n\nThis activity is great for
  all ages. Stop by with your family to make some seed bombs and chat with 
 us or volunteer some time at our table. \n\nWe will be located on the corn
 er of Elm St and Grove St in Davis Square\, Somerville. Set up will start 
 at noon. Our table will be open to the public from 1pm to 5pm with the tak
 e down from 5 to 6.
