Buy Nothing Day Party 2024

Celebrate another evening of festive anticonsumerism, at XR Boston's annual Buy Nothing Day Party + Free Stuff Swap.

Bring items you don't need, but think others might appreciate...Toys! Jewelry! Art! Puzzles! Books! We'll have folding tables to display them on. Then, browse and socialize and learn more about our movement for a livable planet.

There'll also be free snacks + drinks, and interactive activity stations, with art and dancing!

The event will run from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Please take your unclaimed items as you leave! We recommend that you bring only items that will fit in a 45"x45" space. We also ask that you do not leave any items on the Linwood St free shelves outside the church.
