Climate Dance Party

Helloooo fellow Rebels and people of Boston!

We’re going to throw a dance party on the shut-down section of Memorial Drive, Sunday October 30th. There will be a DJ to play music as we bop in the glorious fall weather, meet fellow Rebels, and arm ourselves with knowledge - we’re bringing in scientists from the Scientist Rebellion group, climate researchers and activists to speak about their recent work and do a Q&A afterwards. Let's get together, dance with the falling leaves and face this crisis joyously with our community.

Where: On Memorial Drive, at the John F Kennedy Memorial Park intersection just south of Harvard Square (before the bridge on the Cambridge side). Click here for location

When: 3PM - 6PM. Scientists++ interlude will be from 5-5:30 pm, and then we'll dance out to close

What to bring: Dress appropriately for the weather, bring flags and signs, and bring a mug for hot cider :-)
