March for Our Lives | SOLIDARITY PROTEST

In response to the recent massacres at Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas and a supermarket in Buffalo (among many others), March for Our Lives have organized protests in over one hundred cities nationwide for June 11th, and we of XR Boston are going to show up in solidarity to demand firearm law reform and the end of these hellish mass killings. We will also reach out to those assembled to invite them to join our movement and to raise their voices and use their collective power to demand that our government ensures a livable future for all! Gun violence and the Climate Emergency already do/ will correlate directly, as climate breakdown is causing violence around the world and will continue to do so as its impacts worsen—further stressing the deep need for the epidemic of gun violence to be addressed IMMEDIATELY and without delay.

So meet us in Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park on Saturday, June 11th at 3:00 PM and we will march with March for Our Lives and raise our voices to demand a future free of all forms of violence—violence against our school children, against humans, and the natural world!
