JOIN THE RAT CITY REBELS

Do you live in Allston, Brighton, Brookline, or Fenway? Be part of the Rat City Rebels, an affinity group taking a stand against fascism and the climate crisis! We meet monthly to plan local actions that convey the urgency of the climate and ecological emergencies.

Come to Brighton Center for a Rat City Rebels gathering and learn how to mend your clothes! We will continue getting to know each other, forming our group, and brainstorming actions while patching up rips in jeans and sweaters. Ample supplies will be provided, but if you have a hand sewing needle it would be helpful to bring it along. No experience is necessary! If you would like to learn or practice but do not currently have clothes that need mending there will be extras available too.

This location is near the 64, 86, and 57 bus routes and street parking is available.


Accessibility

If the weather is nice we will sit outside in the yard which is up an inclined driveway. If it rains, we will be inside which is up a flight of steep stairs.
