Weekly CLIMATE Canvass (Moved to Sunday Due to Weather!)

Please join the XR Boston outreach crew for our weekly Climate Canvass!

Each weekend, we meet at a different location somewhere in the metro area & spend a few hours doing dedicated outreach work. Our CLIMATE Canvasses have already led to significant growth in recruitment & are one of the most sure-fire ways of building up attendance for our upcoming Spring Mass Actions. This is why it is essential that you join us; the more folks we have doing outreach, the larger our actions will be!

Canvassing is also a great opportunity to practice your persuasion conversation skills & climate rhetoric. If you have never canvassed before, do not fear—each week, we open with a brief training that will set you up with all the essentials needed to have effective persuasion conversations with people. Whether you are a canvassing/flyering veteran or someone stepping out of their comfort zone, you will be a huge asset to our outreach, as the more comfortable everyone is with recruitment, the larger & more effective our movement becomes!

This week, we are departing from the usual schedule slightly, and will be canvassing on Sunday instead of Saturday due to inclement weather. Meet us at Athan’s in the Allston/ Brighton area at Noon on Sunday; 407 Washington St, Brighton, MA 02135. We will have a quick training & then head out to recruit new rebels.
