People's Assembly for 2026 Strategy

Calling all XR Members! Come be a part of our 2026 Strategy People's Assembly!

The meeting will begin at 4:00 at the Cambridge Friends Meeting House at 5 Longfellow Park in Cambridge, 02138. Please try to arrive 15 mins early so that we can start promptly at 4:00. Pizza dinner will be served afterwards, so please RSVP so we have an accurate headcount.

At this meeting, we will be discussing our 2025 strategy doc and debriefing the past year, reflecting on what has worked well that we'd like to continue, what has not been serving the organization that we want to rethink, and how we can improve our organization's structure and support systems. We will present some data on the past year as well as report back themes from our affinity and working groups to seed the conversation.

All chapter members are welcome, but particularly active members of working groups and affinity groups are highly encouraged to attend. We want the folks who are putting in the work to further our demands to determine the focuses and strategy.
