[SOLIDARITY] Online Doom & Bloom Workshop

Join facilitator Lillian Worthley for “Doom and Bloom,” a supportive workshop exploring how to transform climate grief and anxiety into empowered action. Through guided reflection, journaling, and gentle group discussion, we'll explore tools from ecophilosophers and climate anxiety professionals to work with difficult emotions like loss, numbness, and despair.

Whether your first climate freak-out was last week, last year, or has been iterating within you since the 60’s, this space welcomes all who wish to move from overwhelm to engagement.

Come prepared with pen, paper, and an open heart. Together, we'll discover how connecting with our grief and love for the world can fuel meaningful change.
