(SOLIDARITY) SunDay: Sun Way Pilgrimage and Inter-Faith Service and Celebration

Join other XR Rebels in supporting our local SunDay Global Day of Action. Feel free to bring XR flags and signs. We will supply sun themed banners.

Here is the event description from the organizers:

SunDay is a global day of action on September 21st, 2025, celebrating the unstoppable rise of clean energy. We’ll come together to showcase the power of the sun and wind -- energy sources that can power our world without pollution.

Our short walk (approx. 1 mile), led by joyous brass band music, will start at 1:00 pm at the Old South Church and continues to the Brewer Fountain in the Boston Common, with a brief multi-faith celebration of hope. All are welcome, especially families, whether guided by faith or personal conviction.

Speakers will include the dynamic Rev. Mariama White-Hammond!

Led by Boston Interfaith Climate Allies (BICA) with support from Third Act Massachusetts and GreenFaith.
