XR Boston's 2025 Holiday Guide!
Happy Holidays! With (vegan) Turkey Day just behind us and the gift-giving holidays ahead, we're probably all feeling pressure to send out cards, shop for gifts, and splurge on decorations. Longtime XR Rebel Haley says, "This year, while contemplating what to make and doing some digging, it became more and more apparent that the usual card just felt hollow, this year especially. Instead, I decided to dig a little deeper and fell down a few rabbit holes that led me to creating something a little different than usual." As a result of her careful research, Haley has created and shared the Official 2025 XR Boston Holiday Guide for our readers.
Now, more than ever, we need to start evaluating our actions and what they mean for our collective futures. While we at XR Boston acknowledge that individual choices aren't to blame for the planetary crisis (that honor goes to governments and corporations), living within our stated values helps us make a difference in a small but meaningful way. At a time of gifting, buying, and spending, it is vital we take conscious action to spend our money wisely. Every dollar spent is a vote cast on how we want to shape our futures. Haley reminds us "People have the power to create real change, and it starts with each and every one of us."
If you're wondering how best to navigate the season, the Holiday Guide is a great place to start! Feel free to email it out to your family and friends as a replacement holiday card, crediting Haley with XR Boston. Here's a preview of some of the content:
Happy holidays and happy solidarity from all of us at XR Boston!
